I'm listening now!! GH! But it’s truly stunning... I would add that the first track (for those who haven't noticed) starts by drawing inspiration from Grieg's Peer Gynt ("In the hall of the mountain king")... One of my favorite classical pieces!

I wasn't sure I wanted to listen to them, but now I do.. Thanks for the tip, I really miss these. I'll put the Chapter 6 on in a bit.

Benee. We also explored the very early origins of Maiden. Have you seen how far you can go with the reviews?? Joking aside, UP THE IRONS!

I remember their early days, but I haven't kept up with them since. I liked the first one, "Outside the loop..." it was a bit heavy, except for Zeta Reticoli, then I lost the EP and this... Who knows...

I haven't seen it, and maybe I'll wait a bit longer. I already know that I will like it less, and unfortunately, I also know that the 4th and 5th installments are already in the works... It's the "films ruined by their own trilogy" series (the new Star Wars, Matrix... no comment).

And here we are again, Mauro. After some time, I finally decided to listen to Tubular Bells II, but unfortunately, I must inform you that it didn’t please me at all. First of all, because of how it unfolds, it could have been called "The new tubular bells," as it’s almost identical, keeping the same timings and merely inverting the notes of the famous masterpiece from '73. Secondly, it really bothered me to know that Oldfield (also with TB III) has ruined his own work (the best one), distorting it to make a quick buck. I was truly sorry, because the first TB is one of my all-time favorite albums…

The first time I listened to it, I liked it a lot; the second time strangely, almost not at all... I don't know.

For me, the four is just right. It's very nice, compared to other nonsense afterwards...

Great album, a bit harder to get into compared to the usual Oldfield. Still below the level of Tubular Bells (the best) and Ommadawn (another masterpiece).
