Oh my God, the first time I listened to Symphony X was with "The Divine Wings of Tragedy," a highly recommended album. "Way better than Dream Theater," I read in some online reviews. But whereee??? They are a poor copy of the recent Dream Theater (who definitely aren't at their best anymore, though I am a huge fan), a poor copy because - considering the obvious elements - :: Romeo is a pseudo-Petrucci, if possible even more showy and inconclusive (for heaven’s sake, I love Petrucci, and any comparison is out of place anyway, nor do I intend to argue with the usual clowns who say "Petrucci is cold, clown blah blah"); the keyboardist is a pseudo-Rudess, and even the singer lacks a strong personality. I will never get another one of their albums; I will keep my distance, that’s for sure. Sorry for the fiery comment :)

Following your reasoning, I should also envy and hate Led Zeppelin. So let's think about it, why don't I hate them? Simple, because they were musicians, while these Strokes are just the worst kind of record label trash. Oh, and the phrase "In genere uno inizia a suonare per scopare" is just beautiful—sure, because when someone starts playing as a child at the age of 5, they already have that drive. Please, this is taking a ridiculous and offensive turn for those who are truly musicians.
