"Walk On Hot Coals" from Irish Tour is undoubtedly his masterpiece. One of the most beautiful guitar performances of all time.

Christ, if you want a piece of advice, for a first approach to Rory Gallagher, the live performances are better. Live in Europe and Irish Tour ('74) are the best. Bullfrog Blues, Cradle Rock, and Walk On Hot Coals are the most representative tracks from these live albums.
