As for the reception, I’ll just say one thing: C.V.D. As for the album, it is definitely inferior to the previous ones, also due to its nature as a compilation rather than a full-fledged album, but there are still some noteworthy tracks, such as Innervision, Mr. Jack, Roulette, and Streamline. 3.5

"future years"? Now that's beautiful! Gallagher, how can you say that the early albums of Korn aren't nu-metal?? That's exactly what nu-metal is! Nu-metal doesn't just mean pumped-up and flashy rap metal; if it were just that, I'd agree with you about Limp Bizkit and their ilk, but it's not: that's the commercial side of nu-metal. If that were the case, then neither Deftones nor Coal Chamber would be nu-metal, and yet they are two essential bands for this genre!

What a disgusting review! To say it's shameful is an understatement, and this will be the millionth one about this album! But these are the real SOAD, the originals, powerful and eccentric who have rightly established themselves as an institution of modern metal. Oh no, I don't think they'll produce any more work of this caliber or of the first, if they do make more...

Damn, what a mess! I meant to say Right Turn, I messed up with the next song (that one is great too)!

Beautiful, but almost I prefer Sap too. How can you say it’s negligible, given that it contains gems like Brother and the legendary "Grunge United" Am I Inside, signed by Alice Mudgarden and featuring guests Chris Cornell and Mark Arm?! Jar Of Flies is more famous and commercially successful, but Sap remains the first major showcase of eclecticism and lyricism from the band, after a debut album - Facelift - that is interesting but at times a bit mannered.

Damn, I paid 102 euros to sit in the west stand! But what a concert!... Truth hits everybody was played almost at half the original speed, most of the songs were played in lower tunings because obviously Sting can no longer sing like he used to (no wonder, at that age...), but who cares?! Copeland is amazing, one of the greatest rock drummers! 4.5 but I'm gladly rounding up. Long live the Police!

Nice review, nothing to say. However, I don't agree with the judgment on Elisa... I find that at the beginning of her career she was a respectable but not exceptional artist; now, on the other hand, she is monotonous, flat, and bland. She has a nice voice, but that alone is definitely not enough to make good music. Her cover of Femme Fatale by the Velvet Underground is awful; it gives the impression that she did it just to invoke a lofty name from rock history and to shine herself up!
