I’ve seen them live a few times at New Age, and I must say they’re really good. They definitely fit in the international scene, not out of place at all, quite the contrary. I would totally hook up with the girl, she’s really beautiful, especially since after the concert she downed at least 4-5 Heinekens—my ideal, damn it.

No, Bodom perfectly integrate the power philosophy with the excuse of the growl vocals; this is pure speed power. The drummer could easily have Jörg Michael (is it spelled that way?) for lunch. The riff, don’t even get me started, and the bridges before the choruses are just like the Stratovarius formula (oh, I was 14 once too, Strato passed through my ears; thankfully, I forgot them after two months). They’re Europeans from the wrong side, these guys.
