Do you know Matteo Castellano, the Piedmontese artist? I'm looking for his album... but I can't find it... I had the chance to meet him at Vasco Brondi's concert (LDCE) in Cuneo... after his performance, we talked a bit... he was completely blown away... but ON HIS OWN, he did a very personal concert... if he comes your way, I highly recommend it...

@primiballi...well...I would also mention "Le luci della centrale elettrica" (I don’t know if you know them...if not, I recommend the album)...the voice did seem a bit "impersonal" to me as well...but I liked it a lot...there's also the point that I would see it as more comparable to Capossela...rather than Guccio or De Gregori...in my opinion, they are really different styles...the voice relies heavily on arrangements...while the other two are, so to speak, "immediate"...in a Dylan-esque way...

I saw Rava in Saluzzo...a little town near me...I really liked it...the place was very small...a kind of tavern...an intimate concert...with Fresu, my favorite Italian jazz musician...
