I still need to feel this... even if it’s trivial, I have to say that my favorite album by Diaframma is Siberia... Fiumani is an incredible songwriter... he channels tons of punk essence into singer-songwriter music... he's a legend... but absolutely unmusical as a character... he has a voice that's as expressive as it is monotonous, not to mention off-key (but this can be a plus depending on one’s perspective)... he plays guitar in a very crooked way (and this too is a matter of perspective)... in all his practically solo albums that I've listened to, nothing ever really changes... and over time it can get tiresome... not to mention that in concerts he’s accompanied by ridiculous people... speaking from personal experience (and we're back to perspectives)... I don't know... he always leaves me a bit puzzled...

I am a contrarian...playing at the Arena di Verona with an orchestra is not at all my dream...even if calling myself a musician might be too much :-)...I must say I appreciate unplugged performances...much less these "orchestrations" that most of the time serve only to leech money from fans, passing it off as a "unique event" and who knows what else...

I've never listened to this... but my favorites by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds are From Her to Eternity and Tender Prey... the latest ones don't excite me...
