Korn Mtv Unplugged
Voto:
Well... fuck my PC too for eating the "ticks".
Korn Mtv Unplugged

I vote your review because, compared to the others you've written, it's much better.
Well done, it shows that you put in the effort.
As for Korn, I won't express myself: Carnevale is over and I don't like to blaspheme.

At The Gates Slaughter of the Soul
Voto:
Like my friend Aniel, I also wanted to write this review but I always held back to avoid clogging the database since there were already two present. Not a big deal. I like this one more than the previous ones (even though opinions are subjective, of course!). Beyond the album, which is universally recognized as a cornerstone of the "Swedish" genre, the review oozes passion in its sentences, and therefore I compliment the reviewer for making it seem like At The Gates had a soul and a passion in composing this album. However, you were too lenient with the proposed genres: this is Death Metal and nothing else. Benediko...
Borknagar Empiricism
Voto:
I had decided to write a review of this album, considering that I had only read one other review, also about Borknagar and also "Empiricism," which, to be polite, was really below any meritorious objective judgment regarding this wonderful avant-garde band.
I’m not doing this because this review is written extremely well, has a dry and pleasant flow, and certainly does not need duplications.
Kudos. I thank you, and even Borknagar, if they ever read your writing, would do the same.
Borknagar The Olden Domain
Voto:
No. He is not dead but alive and kicking. In fact, he is always busy with various projects that involve not only music (extreme and otherwise). After leaving Borknagar, introducing them to their next singer I.C.S. Vortex (who now plays with Dimmu Borgir), he dedicated himself to the amazing Ulver, which, in the Black-Folk scene, are an institution and remain his main project, but he also found time to sing in Arcturus, making a significant impact on a historically important album in avant-garde circles like "La Masquerade Infernale."
Today Garm (whose real name is Crystopher Rygg and who enjoys giving himself pseudonyms: G. Wolf, Trickster, etc.), incredibly elusive, is engaged in writing screenplays, composing synth tracks, and working on the studio albums of his Ulver, which have become an avant-garde musical project, even if cultivated solely in recording studios, as it seems he doesn’t want to perform live.
He is nonetheless a great artist, a worthy counterpart to Vintersorg, another multifaceted pillar of extreme and avant-garde music, who is now firmly a part of Borknagar and represents the joy and the dilemma of fans, always torn between whether he or Garm is better behind the microphone.
Eternal Tears Of Sorrow Chaotic Beauty

I confirm. "burning flames' embrace" is a song by EToS, and it's included in "Vilda Mannu," their second album, which I am about to review in a little while.

"like...the Tiamat," I wanted to write. Damned keyboard that eats my words.

No problem. I have the burden/honor of having a girlfriend who goes crazy for T'0'N, so I can truly understand what you wanted to express.
Of course, for me, who considers "Gothic" to mean bands like (besides the classic triad which is a sanctuary), mentioning T'0'N as belonging to that category seems a bit tricky. But there’s no doubt they are a talented band (at least, in my opinion, up to "October Rust") and filled with charm.
To avoid falling into the classic "De gustibus...", I would counter what you said about the "alleged" (???) civility of us metalheads: if it's meant to tease, well... I completely agree with you; if you're serious, then I thank you again, because, speaking for myself, I consider myself tolerant, quite polite, and besides, I wash every day, and I couldn't do otherwise.

Moonspell Irreligious
Voto:
Norv, have you gone mad? "After the nice but overall negligible 'For A Taste Of Eternity' and 'Ruin And Misery'. What are you saying? 'Ruin and Misery' negligible? I hope you're joking. If not, it seems you suffer from that sexual perversion called 'masochism.' I wanted to give you five. I give 4 to the album because for me the best Moonspell are the ones from 'Wolfheart', and 4 to you because you shouldn't blaspheme anymore... Benediko...

I respect your opinion, as I consider it just that. However, please allow me to have some doubts regarding Type O Negative. If the pinnacle of "Gothic Metal" is for you expressed at its best in "Bloody Kisses," considering the hosts of the genre you mentioned (which, by the way, I believe are very different from T'0'N.)... Well... It's probably better if I don't express myself further...
Thank you anyway for the rating, but I disagree with what you've written: this is not a "3" album. And it never will be.
