Void Of Silence Toward The Dusk

Well, I must say that the introductory part you wrote at the beginning really creates a strange feeling that makes one eager to learn about the band and to get the album. Since Doom is one of the genres I relate to the most, especially regarding the "Funeral" nuances, I promise I will get this work and maybe even the ones to come. Great job in writing. Really, well done.

Well, Norv, I also agree with you about the novel, and to be honest, I was hesitant to listen to it just because of the strange title. But.... damn! What beautiful atmospheres! Really ethereal and dramatic. I just can’t understand why Saturnus always has to stay in the shadow of great bands of the genre and is hardly ever re-evaluated by anyone!

For Galakordi: I find your questions a bit contrived, to be honest. What does it mean that no Italian band is up to par when it comes to music videos? Are we perhaps at MTV where you need to have a pretty image, or are we talking about actual content?
As for the fact that Cadaveria sings embarrassingly, that's nothing new, even if I believe it's not true: every country adds foreign inflections when singing in a different language, but there's really nothing strange about it... As for originality in general, I can only say that, as far as I'm concerned, I find plenty of it in Italian bands, much more than in a myriad of foreign bands.
For Hellring: yes, it's Cadaveria who sang both in "scream" and in clear...

Why does it leave you puzzled? Of course, their image isn't the most sanctified, but at least they, in extreme circles, know how to laugh at themselves, unlike many other renowned bands. A bit of desecration never hurts in certain situations, does it?

Here’s what Carcass taught in their albums, and what Impaled Nazarene has put into practice. An album that is far too grotesque to be "serious," which should be taken for what it is: a load of desecrations on anything that hints at the sacred and the religious. Well done, very nice review.
Kreator Terrible Certainty
Voto:
Kreator are rarely talked about, yet as the gray eminences of the metal scene, they have become an institution that it's almost a shame to speak poorly of. Mille Petrozza is an honest artist who always knows where he’s headed. Good review, but if you do any more on similar sacred monsters, try to delve deeper into the concepts; it would truly be a shame not to read something more detailed.

But no, they're not at all rubbish. On the contrary! If only there were more Gothic/Doom bands like these: they have always had an extraordinary flair and creativity, allowing them to create works more beautiful than the last without ever missing a beat, and without necessarily having to produce apocalyptic bricks, like that Doom genre, of course.

Well, dear Tepes, to be honest, I was also hesitant to listen to it, but I must say that beyond all that can be thought or said (because for me, unlike you, I prefer Therion in their latest style rather than their earlier one, without taking anything away from "Theli"), it’s a really good album of healthy and genuine Death Metal, perhaps a bit pretentious, but by no means bad. So I sincerely hope they will come back to life (and the chances, as far as I read, are definitely there...) with another album.
