Marilyn Manson Eat Me, Drink Me

It's proof that the little man, as goofy and commercial as he is, always knows how to get people talking about him! In the end, it's no surprise that negative publicity is still publicity!!!

Thank you also for the name Chamberlain (which coincidentally, the drummer of Billy Corgan is also named that, and he's one of the best in the world…). You know what happened to me? Before the concert, I was grabbing a sandwich at a café behind the theater, and he was there too! I didn't even notice him; I recognized him later on stage (but someone asked him for an autograph…)!

thank you very much cptgaio, you’ve been very helpful! anyway, I knew about siren and I have the soundtrack CD (I was being vague so as not to come across as too knowledgeable :-). by the way, it’s a very pleasant soundtrack, in addition to tori’s contribution. 'dark times' really impressed me, the beginning is fun, and it gets very deep as it unfolds! very good...

For me, it was the concert of Tori I had always dreamed of seeing, after a series of tours that were too 'difficult' to endure. Two hours of piano and voice (like in the 'strange little girls' concerts) are thrilling, but finally, there were some concessions to the fans who had been desperately asking for the energy of the early days. Well, that energy has finally returned, and fortunately, it was not just in the classic tracks! An excellent concert from a technical standpoint, played with absolute mastery, especially by the usual power trio that has been supporting Tori for some time (the drummer, whose name escapes me, is definitely one of the most talented in the world). In short, pure enthusiasm!
With this review, I must respectfully disagree on a couple of points: I was seated in the balcony, and the audio seemed nearly perfect to me (the piano at a moderate volume, I believe, is a deliberate artistic choice of the latest Tori, not a flaw). Regarding the fans who get up and go to the front of the stage halfway through the performance, I not only confirm what others have already told you (it's a common practice at her shows), but I also add that, from my point of view, it’s an extremely important gesture, highlighting how a woman with a piano can energize even an audience accustomed to electric and distorted guitars. Absolutely commendable, and almost unique... One last note: 'siren' and 'honey' are not new songs, but B-sides. The new song halfway through the concert you referred to, I couldn't pinpoint (possibly a cover...). If anyone can help us out...

the review is so indecent that it seems (it probably is) deliberately crafted. I know the insults are going to start pouring in, so I’ll hurry to comment ;-) ... I have to be honest: obviously, Rihanna is one of the most overrated and unbearable products of the American market (plus, with such an awkward voice that she’s even worse than Britney), but anyone who wrote the melody for this little tune knows how to do their job, and very well. the chorus is indeed very catchy, and I have to admit that, like it or not, it’s been stuck in my head for days... I must be a victim of MTV!

Anyway, yeah... you’re right... I didn't know that hell had the same rules as heaven, and that there was so much solidarity among satanists... I’ve always hung out in limbo, but now that Ratzinger has declared the place unfit for use, I need to find a makeshift accommodation! In light of the facts, I think I’ll choose Mephistopheles, so glam with that rock star vibe... the big shot up there is a bit more, how should I put it... predictable?!

deathinaugust sorry if I’m intruding in matters that only concern me tangentially, but do you think Satanists take it personally when someone offends them? I mean, it’s one thing for gay people, of whom I’m one of the best specimens and who, at most, lash out or pull the hair of the jerk who offended them, but aren’t Satanists strong enough to handle an insult? I mean... they have all of Hell on their side!

I didn't know that J.T. Leroy (both of them) also wrote for Debaser! He (or she, or they) appreciates the Reverend, who also dabbles in acting... Asia Argento is truly a top-notch slut, first working with Manson and then throwing him under the bus in front of the whole world. Asia considers Bertè to be her rock mom. It's unclear whether Asia is still with Marco Morgan Castoldi. What do you think, is Asia for real or just putting on an act? I heard she called her father the greatest living filmmaker, but don't worry, she hasn't lost her mind; she doesn't really think that... it's just that she's acting in his latest film!
