I felt a little something, but they don't seem to be interested in me.

On their website, you can listen to three mp3s in the downloads section Bloc Party. One doubt... reading around a bit, I sometimes notice a lot of enthusiasm for bands that pop up like mushrooms, but then after a while, the excitement fades and many albums end up in oblivion. The question is: does the audience "consume" a lot of music very quickly, without delving too deeply, or is there sometimes really little to "consume" and explore? bye
Cat Stevens Tea For The Tillerman
Voto:
Last night I turned on the radio around midnight and "father and son" was playing. This song always ignites a flood of memories that would take too long to explain. I listened to this and other Cat Stevens records a lot, and even today I occasionally find myself doing the same. "Tea for Tillerman" is one of the few vinyl records I cherish. The cover is beautiful. I seem to remember that it was Cat Stevens himself who designed it. I think I heard him mention it in the interview featured on the Majikat DVD, released last year, a witness to one of the last concerts he gave before stepping back from the spotlight. Generally, I'm not a huge fan of music DVDs, but I really enjoyed this one by Cat Stevens. If you get the chance, watch it. Bye
Ivano Fossati Lampo viaggiatore

This album features some amazing songs, but my favorite is "Pane e coraggio." It uses delicate and refined words, measured out with a spoon and carefully married to the music. Speaking of Fossati, I don't know if you've heard the acoustic live album released in 2004; it was one of the records I listened to the most last year. What do you think? To be honest, I was honestly expecting a review from you ;) Hi!
Wovenhand Consider The Birds

You know, Turk, after reading his story and the context, I have to say that I found the lyrics quite unsettling in their mixture of biblical quotes and a sort of latent anger that permeates the entire album. It's damn dark to the point that initially it almost caused a kind of annoyance while listening to it. Only after some time did it start to grow on me. For me, it's definitely not an easy album. Don't think too much about comparing it to Cave; in my opinion, that leads you a bit astray (especially since you’re somewhat of a fan ;)). Listen to it for what it is. Maybe you won't like it anyway.

Nick, I managed to get half of these guys' discography, except for this CD that you reviewed. Now I'm starting to listen to them. Let's see mmmmm I’ll start with "Lifted or the story...". By the way, does the site you included in the link more info indicate a place to regenerate after listening to this music? Or was the address Saddle Creek But look at the tricks a dash more or less can play :)

Yeah, wow, what snow. But what comment should I leave you? Ah yes...(ctrl+v): Fora di gabbu (for the sake of the comment's economies of scale, consider it written in all your past, present, and future madness) :)
