James Brown Live at the Apollo

A great one! Just the other day they aired an episode of The Simpsons where "guest" was James Brown, looking good even in animated form :)

Having listened to the samples, they don't sound bad, it's something to consider. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one thinking there can sometimes be a sort of insincere instrumentation behind the use of certain languages. Thx sam

Let me understand... essentially, it's an electronic orchestra! I can't quite picture it, and while reading, I was wondering how I would react to this music, but it's very intriguing to me. "If you want, you can add a sample," even two or three.
Keith Jarrett The Köln Concert

Ahhhh Schubert's quote (the piano quintet is beautiful) saves me two hits even to G_à :)) which, by the way, would have been given to Nick with sincere friendship as well :)

I wrote this review more than a year ago, but I never sent it. I wasn't quite sure why, but reading certain anonymous comments makes it clearer... If this weren’t about this album, I would say it’s a good review, but – I'm sorry, with all due respect and for what it’s worth to you, which is nothing – it doesn’t say anything to me, eze. Regarding the album and comments, I would like to say that I don’t entirely agree with zigghio's judgment. I love Jarrett's other albums as well and I agree about the beauty of the concerts at La Scala, Vienna, and Paris. The next one recorded at the Auditorium in Rome is promising to be even better than what is being said around. However, the concert in Cologne has a different beauty that, in my opinion, is based on chance. There were all the elements for it to be a musically terrible evening, instead... "it still manages to move." Think about the elements at play and the result. The unpredictability of the random elements that led to the realization of this album is what adds something extra. Not to mention the historical value of this album, which – as often happens in the face of successes – divides into exaggerated praise and fierce criticism. In this case, I believe the truth is not in the middle, it's an exception, and the praise is more justified. Best regards.

more than anything, many texts stuffed with "fuck asshole or son of a bitch" are so trivial that perhaps it's more provocative not to include them these days...
