Luca Flores For Those I Never Knew

Really Odradek, I got it from a jazz friend whose judgment I trust greatly, I listened to it and I didn't dislike it, then I heard the album "so long flores" and equally I found it a beautiful record, but I have never heard it live. (ps nice nickname Odradek, there’s a bookstore around here that has the same name)

Zion, even though electronics are less present in "what we must," there is the special edition of the album that includes in a bonus CD the demo "Spydberg Sessions," which I think you might really enjoy, especially if you compare it with "what we must." In short, for me, this album is capable of gathering a wide range of appreciation. Bye.

And what can I say about this album? Back then, I liked "Africa," but it's been more than twenty years... today I couldn't stand listening to it for more than five minutes.

Essential only for those who haven't got their records :) the only unreleased track perhaps was "Si é spento il sole" if I remember correctly.

People, I've read in several places that they should now just be called Jaga, but the spine of the CD still shows the name "Jaga Jazzist". Meanwhile, Trell is absolutely right to point out the error about Black Heart Procession; I noticed it yesterday but the review went online first :). Scorza isn’t wrong either in emphasizing that it's an album that needs to be listened to many times. As for the coldness and engagement, well, those are just feelings :) hi and thanks.

Yes, it's true, it seems that the group's project came to Simon in a dream, and what a beautiful dream their music was, related to an idea of universality, of nature, and to a conception of humanity in harmony with the world. We really miss an artist like Simon Jeffes today.
