Haunted Heart is another gem from Odradek, while In Angel City had somewhat disappointed me, go figure why... even though there was First Song for Ruth Cameron, whom I adore... and now that I think about it... a question: Claudia Tellini? Does that ring a bell?

"Next Saturday, Julian Cope will hold a conference at 7 PM in the Pes Villamarina palace in Tempio (SS). The discussion will focus on the history of rock music over the last thirty years, seen through the eyes and words of a protagonist, but also on the island itself: Cope is an expert in ancient Sardinian and regional ancient civilizations, as he comes here every year to study the nuragic villages, and he is also preparing a book on this topic." (from the newspaper La Nuova Sardegna, September 21, 2005). I told you he is a Character!! :))

The record was perhaps Now is the Hour with the quartet west, but I'm going by memory and I wouldn't want to be mistaken, goodbye.

In truth, I also missed a good brawl with you ;)) you've become too soft lately :)) it must be Odradek's fault. And just to keep up, here's another compensation for our favorite grasshopper :)

Uff Enea... in the first part of the film, the focus is on the miraculous young talent of the pianist, emphasizing it - for me - beyond the reality of things. He was a good pianist, according to musicians not from me, and not a talent. Thank goodness I was the one looking for the tiniest flaws. Enè, sorry... but come on, what a drag, with sympathy of course :)

Umbria Jazz!! Haden & Barron!! Tell the truth John, are you trying to make me die? ;))) Barron's piano touch is incredibly moving, especially combined with Haden's double bass… now I feel tears coming to my eyes :))

almost 4 "5 questions" :) from what little I understood due to your laziness that prevented you from translating this big mess, he seems like an ironic and nice character, well done Jov :)

While reading, another album came to mind for which similar words could be spent as those you used for this one - alas! - I don't know. Coincidentally, it’s also a duet between Charlie Haden and the refined pianist Kenny Barron: "Night and the City." An album that I believe is beautiful. As for "None But The Lonely Heart," I can say that it has made its way onto my personal wish list. Thank you for pointing it out, J.O.P.; your choices are always of great class, there's no denying that.

The film was very beautiful, even though the story was quite romanticized because David Helfgott was indeed a good pianist but certainly not the extraordinary talent that seems to emerge from the film. Pollini and Benedetto Michelangeli were indeed incredible talents in their youth, talents that they maintained throughout their splendid careers. As for Rachmaninoff, I would say the review is more than exhaustive, but that’s not much of a surprise. Chapeu Grasshopper :)
