Blue Öyster Cult Tyranny and Mutation

Here I am reading your review, and I’ll tell you right away that this is the only album by this band I own, on vinyl by the way. Blue Oyster Cult is considered a "cold" but genius group, very ahead of its time, unlike Zeppelin and Purple who didn’t venture outside the Pacific Ocean in the '60s. It’s impossible to rank the best, but undoubtedly the B.O.C. are among the most underrated. In the songs, there’s a sinister charm, something non-human, that escapes me, perhaps because I am not a musician. Anyway, the review is great, even though there are various tastes that I wouldn’t dare contest. Very well done, congratulations.

Nice review, really. A former school friend of mine used to listen to this record often. Well done!

Ahem...original recipe, but I prefer Dante.

Oh Bartle, you hit the nail on the head: you see that Sean even has a furrowed lip; if you read the interview I pointed out, it turns out that his voice is original, according to him. I wrote very passionately because the group at the time had captivated me with "I Profit" and I tolerated Sean for that reason. Thank you, as usual, and let's keep going like this, both of us. Bye!

@sfascia: thank you for the appreciation, there are indeed bands in every musical category that bring people together and others that divide the audience. Vio-Lence probably belongs to the latter category. @ocram: I'm really sorry. Knowing your reviewing skills, I'm sure you would have done a great job. I enjoy your writing style and I hope to see a review of yours on the left column. Hello everyone!

Exactly velvety gray.
Sting ...Nothing Like The Sun

When I left, I liked it a lot, I still like "Be Still My Beating Heart" a lot, but the rest is too homogenized, too studied. Well, "Fragile" is stunning too. But perhaps my judgment is skewed because I listen to Thrash metal and can’t be unbiased. I just say that Sting is an excellent songwriter, but a great song is also made up of arrangements and musicians: Stewart and Andy will always be missed. Great review anyway, shared by the Francescobus of those years but not by the current one. Bye.

Look primiballi, you’re absolutely right, but I have to tell you that if I start singing "Ace Of the Spades" by Motorhead to my Francesco, he looks at me and then gives me a good smack, it’s happened before.
