Petrol Dal Fondo
Voto:
1) There are also "ch" sounds, in addition to "k". 2) "Nel Buio" is track n°5: it's "Due Lune" that closes the album. 3) It's called "Corro Inutile" and not "coro inutile". 4) If you hear space rock in "Tradiscimi," you're really in bad shape. Like, really bad. 5) The 6th track, for your information, is "Devo Andare Via Domani". 6) <"Il nostro battito del cuore" is a bit of a stretch in my opinion; definitely the most commercial of the band that can surely attract the audience> you are a clinical case, in fact, inhumane. You surpass them all. Something like "Il Nostro Battito Del Cuore" is something everyone dreams of. 7) No one has called Franz a "De Andrè risen with a guitar." The comparison was extended to all the Petrol, whose sound has been described as if De Andrè were wielding a Gibson. 8) "Due Lune" = progressive rock? You need to be hospitalized. 9) Petrol, forgive her. 10) You've really messed up with a nice pile of bikes the most beautiful Italian work of 2007. A phenomenal band, especially live, with an uncommon charisma and humility. 11) You really asked for it.

"You fans of Allevi are all different, though." And since when would I be a fan of Giovanni Allevi?

You detractors of Allevi are ALL the same. Allevi is a big baby blah blah blah. Allevi says stupid things blah blah blah. Allevi plays stuff from Zecchino d'Oro blah blah blah. Allevi gets on my nerves blah blah blah. Allevi doesn't make classical music (who cares...) blah blah blah. I use your blah blah blah to wipe my little bottom and once again applaud Allevi for his ability to combine a classical style with a purely pop song form that is light and catchy but not trivial because of that. There may be personal tastes, but one shouldn't stretch the rope too much.

Splendid, one of the highest peaks ever reached by music. Played by the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, it is a balm for the mind, ears, and spirit. Exceptional.

Great album, and who cares if it's the usual post-rock record: "The Birth And The Death Of The Day" is touching. A very journalistic review, I would say too much…

I liked it a lot. A decent kick in the balls with the scrotum placed from twenty meters.

"They couldn't care less, now they're building the building, they destroyed the Parco di Gioia, THESE HUGE SONS OF BITCHES!". 5, bluntly. Superior even to Cicciput, on the levels of Eat The Phikis.

Stunning. The neoclassicisms of FilmWork X (In The Mirror Of Maya Deren) have blended with Gypsy sounds, jazz, and a form of sound more centered on the madrigal. Undoubtedly, it has another gigantic strength in its listenability and relative accessibility. Truly, truly, truly beautiful. P.S. Now you've piqued my curiosity for this little film here; I’ll definitely check that out too :)

Listened to and discarded right after, sorry... it's not my kind of thing.
