I believe that Ludovico Einaudi's music has a very important quality, which is its ability to put the listener in direct contact with the vibrating string of the piano, provoking intense emotions. His music is simple yet absolutely not trivial. Listening to him live is an experience that is not easy to forget—engaging and moving. "I giorni" is one of the most beautiful albums. I had the opportunity to listen to these pieces in Liverpool, performed by an entire string orchestra, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, along with Einaudi's piano, of course. There was an enormous and well-deserved success.
