Great! Thank you for writing it in italmagabrielese and not in Italian.. otherwise I wouldn’t have understood it!

*Correction: "Rules of Love was from 2007," replace with "Goodbye my love" (June 2008): there are also unreleased video clips of Vincenzo's life.

You also forget the national-popular "Mergellina d'oro" 1: Nello Fiorillo - La mia stanza. 2: Vincenzo Junior - Regole d'amore. 3: Dozer - Beyond Colossal.

In fact, that "strongly influenced" mentioned in the review meant that they grew up on bread and Kyuss (it wasn't so much about this record, maybe I didn't express myself well.. anyway, in general, I'll explain it better in comment no. 4). As for the rest, I completely agree with you; ultimately, it's something so original that it struck me right away. If not at the top of 2008, surely on the podium, dear Bartle.

Another thing Bartle, do you agree with me on the choice of the de-generes? Or would you have included something else?

Bartle, I reiterate and emphasize "in certain cases." I don't know, but in "The grand inquisitor," don't you hear a perfect match, robotic guitar riffs that are so dear to Josh Homme's band? I mean particularly in that song; maybe I should invite you to listen to it again. As for the rest, very very little - Qozza: it's true (think that many have even nicknamed them the new Soundgarden!) The comparison with Mars Volta is due to the atmospheres and the singer's voice, which in the high parts (not angry and heavy) reminds me a bit of Cedric Bixler’s voice, and maybe I should have emphasized "less virtuous" even more and written it in bold letters. For the rest, I can somewhat agree with you; however, your 5 for the album makes me really happy (maybe we don't think the same, but we agree on the full rating! :) Farmit: there's a certain resemblance in the verse in what is one of the "banger" songs on the album. Ps: I didn't include a sample, but you can listen to the whole thing by clicking on the link: "La fine dell'impero."

I'm spinning with all these kinds of genres being proposed; nonetheless, the review is very-very ok. Well done.

Doc... I'll wash my hair first tomorrow and then I'll see if I can find them in some little shop in the middle of nowhere ;) Blech: forget it!

A rich dish is hard to resist, Macaco... don't you think? Anyway, I want to emphasize that it's not that the album is easily digestible; it’s simply something that innovates classic stoner rock. If you like hard rock, and maybe even something a bit more "evolved," I recommend it without beating around the bush.

Damn doc, are you a bloodhound? Or one from Siae? Well, anyway, I’ll note down these Astrosonic too. Unlike Hell, I got this one down 100% on the second listen. So this 5 from good Dario shines more and more.
