I’ll start right away with a shocking news: did you know that in "Warhorn," the last track of the album, I was able to decipher at least half of Pike's vocals? No, because listening to Pike, either in the studio or live, is pretty much like this: Indie/Rock, so I listened to the album and I like it, but I would have expected more tracks like "the last track," which is definitely really good. No, because between one song and another, sometimes it's super hard to keep up; you feel like you need to call a time-out every 2 minutes as if you were Niccolò Triggari feat. Dan Peterson/Sportitalia 1. The last one made me laugh; I reiterate this is good: 3.5. My top three are: 1) The Art of Self Defense 2) Blessed Black Wings 3) I still don't know. Great review!

I agree with my buddy Ardalo, nice in the beginning, but then it starts to slightly break my balls (something that happens 0.0% in "De-Loused in the Comatorium" and "Francis the Mute" and at least for me, in 70-80% of the remaining albums). It’s a band I will never fully understand; on the other hand, I really got At the Drive-In. To finish, here are some other very positive critiques of the album: link rotto

Damn, but it's frustrating in English... but a visual interview with subtitles in Salernitan dialect, right? Hmm, that's difficult...

For 2012, I'm DUBbious that he'll make another album, but he's churning out tasty EPs like zeppole di San Giuseppe (coming soon: March 19). Anyway, I like him because he always stays in the shadows; I don't even know what he looks like, I've never seen him interviewed, not even by Michele Santoro, let alone some random guy. If anyone has already seen, heard, or read, feel free to suggest links from these parts...

Dear Robbè, your latest music reviews have always been a guarantee, especially after listening to them. I like the genres, so I’ll download them tonight. By the way, where do you think I can find them? Between Mediafire and Megaupload, it seems like a bad situation.. anyway: Here you go! As usual.

You don't write too badly... but there's one thing I don't understand. You say this "represents the peak of Nirvana's career" and blah-blah blah... and then you give it 3 stars? By your standards, does that mean the others are essentially... crap? Whatever. Anyway, what the hell is "romantic new wave"?
