His corpse is displayed in the port of Odessa and the civilian population, lined up in a long procession, pays homage to the sailor's body. Hundreds of thousands of people fraternize with the crew, expressing solidarity through spontaneous rallies on the port dock. The tsarist police intervene, shooting indiscriminately at the civilians gathered on the Odessa steps, slaughtering men, women, the elderly, and children. From the Potemkin, the response is swift; the soldiers fire cannon shots directly hitting the headquarters of the tsar’s armed forces. Meanwhile, the entire Russian fleet heads towards the city with orders to crush the uprising. The Potemkin moves towards them in an attempt to reach the Black Sea, and as everything suggests an almost inevitable clash, the twist arrives; the crews of the other ships refuse to fire on the battleship and let it pass amidst applause and jubilations of all kinds.

If I remember correctly, these guys play a kind of Gothic-doom that isn’t exactly what my ears enjoy. I prefer heavier and dirtier stuff in the genre, like Electric Wizard (my favorites), Cathedral, Candlemass, and so on.

Stoner metal, doom metal, and the words sludge and drone fit in well too. As soon as I read "Men of Porn," I instantly associated these genres. Either I don't remember this album well, or you are right.

How polite they are, they send everyone immediately to hell from the very first hint, it's not something everyone can do. I’ve seen the video too, anyway, the whole ensemble puts me in a good mood, so: 5! Loads of hellish regards.

Look at the cover (clearly reminiscent of many previous albums), basically they are sending you a subliminal message that essentially says: "Hey, people! We're still the same 4 arrogant idiots!
