The piano parts in "Drukqs" totally blow my mind, that doesn’t mean that Aphex isn’t an incredible pianist, but I only prefer him when he blasts those things into my brain that he does with that damn computer.

Quick response to comment n.4: "in his field there's no comparison"... oh no, oh watch out, oh no, oh. Just so you know, a certain Tom Jenkinson, also known as Squarepusher, holds his ground just fine. Both are musicians with serious skills, no doubt about it; Aphex is colder and more ruthless, while Tom has more groove instead (80% of it comes from the bass - he's a badass bassist). Still, keep an eye on the rising star Flying Lotus, I recommend him. Great review.

Damn, standing ovation, magnificent review. They are, however, one of my great weaknesses; I’ve listened to (I think) only the most famous one, the one with the big hair that only has its head sticking out. But the album is titled: "Maggot Brain," or is that just the single? Sorry for my ignorance, I told you I'm not very well-informed about this. Anyway, could you recommend the best ones? I’ll come back later…
