Franz Liszt Hungarian Rhapsody n.2 - Liebestraum n.3
Voto:
Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2 is tear-jerking. One of the most overwhelming musical episodes I have ever heard in my life. Fantastic. Well done, Enbar, for bringing Liszt to my ears.
Terrence Malick The Tree Of Life
Voto:
I have so much to say about this movie (my biggest cinematic disappointment of last year) that I’ll keep quiet. But no one can take away my "one" rating.
Microids Syberia
Voto:
In middle school, I was a full-fledged video game junkie. Syberia and Runaway were, albeit in different ways, the two graphic adventures that captivated me the most back then. When I think of Syberia, aside from the beauty of the game, I remember the damn struggle I went through to finish it.
Dmitrij Sostakovic Sinfonia n.7 "Leningrad"
Voto:
I still need to explore it more thoroughly. I've only heard Symphony No. 10 and this one. For me, they are two immense masterpieces. Very nice review.
Clint Eastwood J. Edgar
Voto:
I was definitely struck positively. However, as for the Italian version, I found the voice of the old Hoover to be really annoying and not credible. They could have chosen something other than a "young" guy trying to sound tough. Another thing that left me a bit perplexed is the tricks. Hoover's and Tolson's tricks are so grotesque that I'm still wondering if they were intended or not.
Little Dragon Ritual Union
Voto:
Indeed, they don't look bad at all..
Frangar Bulloni Granate Bastoni
Voto:
I only heard "Inno alla X MAS," the chorus of which is the very title of the song. That being said, I give a symbolic 1 to all their production, convinced that the rest can't be any less ridiculous.
Alcest Les Voyages De L'âme
Voto:
I felt lonely Souvernis and I liked it. I really believe that if one day I had to delve deeper into it, I certainly wouldn't start from this. Nice review. You can really tell that it affected you.
John Carpenter Fantasmi Da Marte
Voto:
I share this with March. I watched it one or two years after its release with my neighbor who grew up with me on a diet of bread and horror. I didn't know Carpenter yet, so I had no disappointments. However, I found it quite entertaining, and the film's flaws are, I believe, tolerable since it's clear from the very beginning that it doesn't take itself too seriously.

I might just indulge in a quickie with these as well..
