Peter Jackson Bad Taste
Voto:
"Anyway, getting back to 'Bad Taste', it immediately stands out that we are dealing with a true masterpiece." - a sentence devoid of any meaning in Italian, not to mention banal. "We all know Peter Jackson as the man behind the 'Lord of the Rings Trilogy', but not many are aware of this Jackson, the more goofy (if I may say so) and loud one, but also the most likable and genuine, essentially the most real." - I think even the walls know that by now. High-level absurd film, in my opinion, poorly reviewed. Sorry.

From 8.5 to 10 is quite a leap... Anyway, pleasant reception but lacking an adequate analysis of the album.

It's fine whatever you want, but I wouldn't give it a 5 just for that awful cover.

I partially share what has been expressed by Larrok and what the good Gustavo has written. Let me explain. I also believe that Marilna Mansoni had an effect and influence, whether due to distorted media effects (in most cases distorted for the worse) or because of the genre expressed. The MTV conspiracy is just a big load of nonsense that only morons can believe: I remember well that both Arials and Toxicity were played on MTV, but did Toxicity (the album) suck? (No, it was a masterpiece). Not to mention Songs of the Dead by QOTSA. However, I am convinced that only the first two albums had the strength to sustain a certain quality (3/4 stars) and that, starting from Mechanical Animals (notably, it is only after this album that Manson began to appear on MTV), the quality significantly declines but remains at sufficient levels (3 stars). It's worth noting the considerations (not taken into account by the American media) from Warner regarding the Columbine massacre, where news and shows were too busy blaming him, when, for example, Norwegian black metal had been around for at least 10 years, right?

I’m not questioning either the reception or the character, but it really sucks.

@OLEEINAR: Anyway, you understood it’s not me. It was Dark Haem who wrote that comment. Is it possible that no one can read? Well…

This is not a fake but rather a fool I know well. It's not true that he doesn't listen to metal. He listens to MAIDEN just fine. He enjoys teasing metalheads just because they are very touchy.

Crossover in genres? Is it the same crossover I'm referring to, or just a way to say that it "goes beyond"?
