A good Dream pop album, without any particular high points. The only ones worth mentioning are "Superfreaky memories," perhaps, and the very slow, as the title suggests, "The slow song." There is a tender cover of "Sweet Child o' Mine" by Guns N' Roses.

Good album, with which Wareham and company wrap up their activities, before returning after (well) fifteen years with a cover album. The slow and stylish rock of Malibu love nest sticks immediately in your head.
