    oh my god, yes, I know what was popular in 90s punk, and I hope the best 90s punk album is something I’ve never even known existed. I wish that with all my heart. If I were to give you my two "favorite" 90s punk records, you’d get goosebumps, I hope.

    and out come the wolves by Rancid and the one by Pennywise with the cover of Stand By Me inside. I can’t remember the title. black cover, gray logo (I think). I believe you know both of them.
