Perfect if it had been a standalone album and not just a simple collection of singles, b-sides, and rarities, let's say a nice follow-up to Bleach, if it had been released in '90. It has much more punk and pop sounds that approach the style of Nevermind. Really not bad, from Dive and Sliver to the beautiful covers "Turnaround," "Son of A Gun," and the crazy finale "Aneurysm," really great tracks.

Montage of Heck didn't come out just yesterday, and I fell behind. I mean, an artist has to sacrifice their life for the purpose, and the exploitation of them has been going on for a while, but damn, I've only read positive comments on YouTube.

Oh yes, above all I would have preferred a more definitive documentary focused on Nirvana than on drug abuse and not on Cobain and his wife.. bah

In fact, who cares about Cobain, much better on Nirvana and their music. And this docu I believe is like the 1000th. I'm shooting at a red cross.

Montage of Heck I decided, in the end, not to watch it, partly for the same reason I didn’t buy the diaries; I don’t think it’s right to take such an invasive approach into the private life of an artist who is no longer here, just to further feed the myth and make a ton of money from it, because in the end that’s what it is.
