To define it as Trash is, in my opinion, incorrect; trash is the irrational tackiness dumped by the tons in the face of the astonished viewer just to amaze them. The character of Ziggy Stardust might seem like this at first glance, but it's too well crafted, and there has been too much work behind it for it to be so. One of my favorite albums and, in my opinion, one of the most brilliant creations ever.

    Yeah, it’s really great. I stopped at 4 but it’s one of those very tight 4s. Great album, and since we were talking about it, Ronson here is amazing.
