Forest Swords: Engravings
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
Another "revolutionary" record (for me, of course), a sprawling album for all the shadowy subgenres (read "dark") of electronic music. Dreamy, disorienting, beautiful.
Goat: World Music

It's an album that you can listen to and listen to again, full of different rhythms. It may not be one of those records that pierce your soul or make you shout with joy, but it's a delightful listen.

Look, this record just makes me ORGASM. One of the coolest things I've listened to in recent years. And I've been told that live they are an insane experience. It seems like a voodoo ritual...

The same goes for me regarding Silas!! One of the most beautiful albums I've listened to recently.. I believe that live it’s truly an experience ..I would say tribal!

It winks a lot at Amon Duul II's "Phallus Dei" and "Yeti," and I really like it for that.

I don't know them, I make a note and the list of works to listen to is now stretching to infinity. From a personal search, I discovered that the guys are from Sweden, specifically from Korpilombolo, in the County of Norrbotten; an unknown village of 529 souls located near the border with Finland. It doesn't really matter, but I wanted to mention this discovery of mine.
Julia Holter: Loud City Song
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
A unique and exceptional album, it stands out in the contemporary music landscape, especially in the female scene. Incredible voice and a highly skilled composer. An indecipherable genre that constantly shifts between electronic, progressive, jazz, dark rock (in the style of the beautiful Nico), and so on. In short, it's an album that must be listened to and an artist to be adored.
Max Richter: 24 Postcards in Full Colour
CD Audio I lack ★★★★★
The first question to ask is whether this is really a record. I mean: generally, a record is understood as a structured work, with a more or less defined connection between the tracks. 24 Postcards is something else, memories in music, to be precise. It is a social-psychological experiment that is different for each listener. The idea is brilliant, and the brief compositions are equally so.

I love "The Blue Notebooks" and "Songs From Before." I don't know this one.
