Kansas: Leftoverture
Vinile I have it ★★★★★
The first American prog album to enter the Billboard Top Ten, and rightly so: there isn't a single piece out of place, technique, inventiveness, and passion illuminating the individual performances, Steve Walsh's vocal range, an example for a myriad of colleagues, and the magical touch of Robbie Steinhardt's violin giving it its trademark sound. When I think of The Wall, only this album comes to mind.
Kate Bush: The Dreaming
Vinile I have it ★★★★★
A record ahead of its time, as current and bold as few others, magnificent in revealing itself listen after listen, and even now I can still catch hidden details from my 18 years, when vocal exploration came before everything else. A masterpiece of expressiveness.

the Beauty that becomes the Beast, the sweet song that turns into a scream, the Angel's Voice that transforms into the braying of a mule. Hee-haw, hee-haw, hee-haw...

I would have loved to see the faces of the distinguished EMI executives during the listening session. Yet everything became marketable in 1982; no one will take away their applause as long as they live, and even beyond.

I love her first album, an undisputed masterpiece of the most refined pop... But damn, when she "got dirty" and broadened her horizons and musical exploration, she reached levels of astonishing height and quality. "The Dreaming" is so beautiful it’s scary. I've been saying this for a few years now, and I haven't gotten tired of it at all. I love her.
Kayak: The Last Encore

Dutch craftsmanship specialized in Progressive Pop melodies: it contains everything needed to fall in love and a NOTHINGNESS to cherish forever. Not recommended for the faint-hearted.
Killing Joke: Killing Joke

This monument stands to Post-Punk as the first Black Sabbath stands to Heavy Metal. A perpetually lit beacon for the entire Industrial scene... and it’s much more Punk than a lot of crap that still tries to pass itself off as such today. A timeless work.

so you got the cover wrong! this one is from the eponymous album of 2003! maybe you meant to refer to the very first one... :)

also because the first homoimo is nice, this one is very tacky, in my opinion.
