There's prog-rock, there's metal, there's radio-friendly pop-rock, there's Muse-style rock, there's nu-metal, there's brit-pop ballads... The Dream Theater understood that they didn't have to stick to the usual prog-metal... Fans and purists, however, did not! Too bad for them of course, let them stay in their stubbornness!

Sycophant as much as you want... But it’s an intelligent and well-crafted electronic pop that can even get you moving with the danceable rhythm of some tracks; it gives a big middle finger to the mountain of commercial trash and hip-house of today, enough to warrant a high score!
