If they had brought together in a lab a Syd Barrett passionate about rap, hip hop, alternative rock and a constantly acid-fried Bob Dylan, something very similar to this album would have come out.

do you have stereopathetic soul manure? I'm telling you, because many ignore it.

No Psychopathia, actually I don't have that one, would you recommend it to me?

I would definitely say so! He released this a little before, which made a splash. But Steropathetic is much more underground and out of its mind! For me, that's the true masterpiece of Beck (even though this one is valid).

Uh, I was convinced that this was the debut, followed by Odelay and Mutations, definitely needs further exploration, thanks for the tip!

Great Psycho... Stereopathetic I love it XD It's a delirium. Anyway, these were his best years. No doubt a disco...
Blur: The Great Escape

Splendid, perfect link between "Parklife" and "Blur". "The Great Escape" from themselves.

Blur: Blur

one of the two albums that changed my musical perspective, and not only that, on things.
Blur: Think Tank
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
The kaleidoscope of genres, sounds, and influences from Blur adds ethnic music, a child of the hangover from Albarn's "Mali Music" on "Nomad."

"A trippy experience" (Graham Coxon). Supersonic, anarchic, out of mind, spatial, devastating, splendid.
Blur: Modern Life Is Rubbish
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
An explosion: of talent, creativity, personality.
Blur: Leisure
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
Suspended in an indefinable atmosphere between childlike wonder and adult melancholy, Blur's debut navigates through shoegaze, pop rock, and psychedelia.

"In 2013, on stages around the world, Blur proved to be the epitome of the concept of a band. Each of the 4 musicians, with their different tastes and interests, is indispensable for the final result - Graham’s restless feedback, Dave’s metronomic balance, Alex’s groove, and Damon’s propulsive and histrionic energy." Inspired, heartfelt, heterogeneous, fresh; there's the usual excellent songwriting at the core, there are Eastern influences peeking through in certain sounds, lyrics, atmospheres, there's expressive urgency, class, and there's even a fascinating story behind its creation. In short, yet another great album, crucial for their history and human and artistic journey.
Bob Dylan: Time Out Of Mind
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
For me, the greatest Dylan album alongside Highway 61 Revisited and Blonde on Blonde. Not Dark Yet, Standing in the Doorway, Love Sick, Try'n to Get to Heaven, Cold Irons Bound, Make You Feel My Love, the hypnotic, endless stream of consciousness of Highlands as a closing track are among his greatest pieces ever. And it came out in 1997 (!).
Built To Spill: Perfect From Now On
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
A masterpiece that gives you goosebumps, with an emotional tension that never falters for a second, often featuring complex, unpredictable structures but with an immediate impact, excellent songwriting to say the least, and a masterful work on the guitars. A milestone.

At first listen, I had judged it poorly. Nice, but nothing more. Then I gave it a second chance, and it was worth it. A masterpiece!

Exactly Mr. Money, masterpiece! It struck me right away in the heart, stomach, mind, and soul, like all of their albums, after all.
Built To Spill: Keep It Like A Secret
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
After an absolute masterpiece like "Perfect From Now On," Built To Spill opts for a more synthetic approach (except for the memorable finale) that is (at least seemingly) less complex than its predecessor, without detracting from the inspiration and intensity: the result is their second masterpiece.
Built to Spill: There is No Enemy
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
An intense, melancholic masterpiece with pieces that radiate light to cling to. The sound of a soul that loses, seeks, and finds its way again.
Built to Spill: Untethered Moon
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
The howl at the "untethered moon" of Built To Spill is powerful, inspired, distorted, exhilarating as always.
Byrds: The Notorious Byrd Brothers
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
Ecstatic and hypnotic atmospheres: the latest album in the Byrds' psychedelic trilogy is in some ways also its pinnacle, not in qualitative terms (it's really hard to choose between the two previous ones and this one) but in terms of "lysergic awareness" (which is a contradiction, I know :D).

You mean in terms of "lysergic loss of consciousness" :D
