Camel: The Snow Goose
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
In theory, the masterpiece of progressive: monothematic, inspired by literature, strong symphonic scents, fairy-tale atmosphere. Mid-seventies winking at the late sixties. Why do I say in theory? Because while the mind places it in first place, the heart puts it in third.

I really like it, one step below Mirage and one step above Moonmadness.

Goodness, Mr. Mauro, you’ve been so vague and convoluted that even I, the epitome of vagueness and convolution, have not fully grasped you.
Who are the first and second of the heart?

Well, a definition can't be too simplistic, right? Would you like to know who occupies the top two spots? Foxtrot and Close to the Edge. And in fourth place, Larks' Tongues in Aspic, and in fifth, Selling England by the Pound, and in sixth, Pawn Hearts.

Emerson Lake & Palmer: Tarkus

The title track is GENIUS. The other songs are good, but Tarkus is outstanding ("the first side" for the older ones). Who said that EL&P weren't a progressive band?
Genesis: Foxtrot

18/9/2012: who saw 'TV FLASH ON ALL DIAL-A-PROGRAM SERVICES'? It announced: "This is an announcement from Genetic Control: It is my sad duty to inform you of a 4ft restriction on humanoid height." Unfortunately, I didn't see it, I missed it. I only remember that when in 1974, having reached the age of reason, I listened to GET 'EM OUT BY FRIDAY, this date seemed so far away to me, indeed science fiction.
