  Ronnie James Dio should be among the top three at least in my opinion. Just listen to Mistreated that he sings on On Stage. And then S T A R G A Z E R.

  You’re right, I totally forgot about Stargazer. I don’t know why, but I see the others as more charismatic than the old God, even though they always talk about exceptional talent!

  Yes, charisma is ultimately a subjective thing; everyone perceives it differently. However, in my opinion, Ronnie had a lot of it. The only flaw is that he never got too close to anyone for a long time, so he's not easily categorized like, for example, Plant, where you immediately think, "oh yes, the lead singer of Deep Purple." I hope I convey the idea of what I mean.
