Oh yes, now that the year is well underway, I've removed the stuff I no longer listen to and left only the essentials. I'm still missing the upcoming releases (Chelsea Wolfe, GY!BE, Converge, Julien Baker, Counterparts, etc.) that I'm sure will make the list :)

Nadine Shah's latest is a definite step up from the previous one, which was already a great album... I recommend it.

#losegnocomunque (don’t mind it, it’s my way of quickly remembering albums to listen to)

Very nice Forest although it is very similar to the previous one.

Many of the albums you mentioned I still need to listen to; I'll make a note of all of them! In the meantime, I'll take the opportunity to recommend a lovely little record called "No Shape" by Perfume Genius.

But you know that I listened to it and I didn't like it? :(((

The Converge are incapable of making a record that isn’t excellent, I’ve come to realize that. Amenra didn’t impress me at all, I could listen to the new one or Mass IIII and not notice the difference, The National never disappoint, and I think the Mogwai album is their best since Mr. Beast, if not since Rock Action. Hiss Spun is yet another confirmation, Julien Baker is beautiful, Code Orange a bit better than I Am King but still quite far from the best I’ve heard this year, Slowdive didn’t convince me except for the last track, GY!BE between the 3 and 4 stars I expected better, and I haven't heard Counterparts yet. I do have a few recommendations for you, though.

Lately, I've been obsessed with Brutalism by Idles, which I highly recommend.

Stunning, I got it when "Joy as an Act of Resistance" came out.

You're awesome! You know a ton of cool albums from recent years! It's a shame you didn't include Stabscotch in the 2017 rankings. I love them......
