Presented in the DeBaser review as a true old-school thrash/extreme metal band, Die Hard's Nihilistic Vision (2009) is praised for filthy production, primitive grunts and drunken choirs. The review cites Venom, Sodom and Destruction as major influences and highlights satanic/anti-human lyrical themes.

DeBaser's lone review by hellhole gives Die Hard's Nihilistic Vision a glowing endorsement, rating it 5/5. The record is described as true old-school thrash/extreme metal with Venom, Sodom and Destruction as touchstones. Production is intentionally filthy; vocals are highlighted as primitive grunts and drunken choirs. Recommended for fans of savage, 80s-influenced extreme metal.

For:Fans of old-school thrash and extreme metal (listeners of Venom, Sodom, Destruction).

This album kicks ass like few others... it is definitely one of the best releases of 2009, but of course, in Italy it went unnoticed since we are a country of dopes when it comes to metal (but it's nice to see how Iron Maiden are well-received with every new, crappy record they release!!!!!).
