One of the CDs I’m most attached to. Stuff that's way ahead. more
A magnificent concept album based on the works of Nietzsche (by the way, one of my favorite philosophers), an incredibly inspired suite and the other three tracks are also very beautiful. A masterpiece album. Only those who haven't understood a damn thing about this record can say that they were Fascists. more

Another artist criticized in a striking way..... Everyone is free to judge a band or an artist as they wish (of course), but to not recognize what Kurt with Nirvana gave to music is unfair... Maybe, or rather surely, better bands than Nirvana have emerged from Seattle, but Nevermind, In Utero, Unplugged, and even Bleach are immense albums.... more
A foundational group for Heavy Metal, and perhaps the only ones not to delve into topics like drugs and alcohol, preferred culture, such as Gothic literature, cinema, and history, even passages taken from the gospel. When Heavy Metal becomes intellectual! more
For me, their greatest masterpiece, more than "The Wall," more than "Dark Side".... The title track, oh my god, gives me goosebumps every time I listen to it!!! more
Years later, I still can't explain the reasons that led me to listen to the album in question; perhaps the word Death in the title had some effect, sparking a sort of curiosity. A few listens allowed me to issue a definitive judgment on Metallica; a work that exceeds 70 minutes in length divided into ten boring, empty, interminable tracks with lengthy guitar riffs. Aside from the closing "My Apocalypse," I save nothing. more
"A total of 53 users have left a comment on this artist and voted for them. The average rating is 3.64" (cit. Debaser). But please!!! Let’s help raise the average... DAYDREAM NATION... more
Ravel & Mussorgsky on a journey through high-tech Detroit. A must-have! more
The leading figures of epic-doom metal. more
Macabre and rhythmic epic put to music. Baker's acidic and unhealthy tone is something never heard before. A band capable of creating dark and apocalyptic scenarios using only traditional instruments. Your ears will become fodder for their black magic. more
THE BEGINNING OF IT ALL, no other words are needed! more
A lot of pathos more
Of course, they have nothing to envy anyone! more
My favorite drummer in the realm of "Classic Rock." And he collaborated with Les Claypool in that acrobatic Fusion project that was Oysterhead. Not to mention his fundamental contribution to the unique sonic balance in that other very important band he played in. There's no need to even write its name... CAN'T STAND LOSING YOU... more
It wasn't easy for me to understand and appreciate the band's fourth album, the first composed without Cliff Burton; once I got past the initial difficulties, partly due to the endless length of some tracks, it became one of my favorite albums from the entire Thrash scene of the eighties. It's the relentless fury of "Blackened," wisely placed to kick off the collection, that sets the coordinates for a compact work, with guitar riffs that never seem to end...ONE... more
when dark and melancholic music is taken to the extreme gothic consequences. neoclassical and baroque atmospheres with a spectral and whispered voice. more
anime punk playing some really exciting folk rock and the singer Shane McGowan is a fucking front-man. IDOLS more
acoustic folk rustic and minimal contaminated by psychedelic and Eastern spirits. A blend of styles and influences, this album is a masterpiece. more
an atomic bomb!! chain reactions releasing a ferocious energy filled with feedback and dissonances, detonating and disintegrating musical harmonies. after them, hardcore will never be the same. Immense Record! more
