Lame and obsequious. Like all the products from Helloween since the 90s. more
No one has managed to bring back Doom, Folk, Celtic, and Epic influences quite like them, while remaining genuinely metal! more
The Rock Matrix is much more pronounced than the Jazz one, but stuff like this had never been heard in Italy in '72 (neither Area nor Napoli Centrale existed yet). "Grandangolo" and the drum solo in "36° Parallelo" are worth the price of admission. From 1972 to 1976, they deserve the highest praise, unbeatable. more
"Walls of Jericho," "Keeper of the Seven Keys PT1 and PT2." Hansen on guitar and Kiske on vocals. The birth and death of a band in just one trilogy. So far a 5, then... well, let's drop it... more
One of the few power groups that manages to combat the flattening typical of the sound thanks to a baritone and evocative timbre and to some really interesting folk inserts. more
