it's not true, rather useful. They have helped many little record shops pay their rent during the slow seasons, like summer, and to have the cash to order higher quality merchandise. More useful than this! :-) more

more than useless, harmful to society. more
King Diamond
Perhaps a bit kitsch, but his theatrical albums, dark and gothic, are morbidly fascinating. And then the falsetto singing is priceless! more
The Beatles
I have personally reassessed myself in the last period, which has undoubtedly been important and historic, featuring great pieces and significant experiments for the mainstream. However, I have to say that the fanaticism and acrimony of the most hardcore fans (who believe they have invented all music that follows classical music) irritate me a little (just as it doesn't make sense to reduce them to nothing, as some have done recently). more
Iron Maiden
4 for their historical importance, but they are, in my humble opinion, overrated. In the end, the truly beautiful songs will be around ten, not to mention the decline in the last albums. At least they give some visibility to the genre and often serve as a gateway band. more

When I was a little kid, I loved them; I don't know how many times I listened to "Hanno ucciso l'uomo ragno." more
Die Apokalyptischen Reiter
The chameleons of metal, at ease with any sound. Album after album, they prove that the scene is healthy and still has something to say. One of the best heavy bands currently around. more
Joy Division
Pioneers of post-punk? Founders of dark wave? Ian Curtis ascended to the status of a myth due to his premature death? So many questions and statements about Joy Division, but one thing is certainly sure... brilliant!!! more
Depeche Mode
500 characters are few. I could write 500 million about this group. It starts in the early '80s, with (seemingly) little songs like Dreaming of Me. Watch out, there are already some gems, I mention Photographic or See You, scattered here and there. Then it’s an ascent: Black Celebration, Music for the Masses, Violator, and Songs of Faith and Devotion. Alan Wilder leaves, oh dear! They lose a lot, but follow up with four other masterpieces. I still wonder why!!! Why does it feel like the sounds come from within me? more
The Alan Parsons Project
A key figure of the dark side of the Moon and then a stunning guide of its Project, the good Alan represents a leading figure in the history and technical innovation of popular music. It all started with a "dream within a dream." more

SLAYEEEEEEEER! more
Emidio Clementi
Novelist in the vein of the best American minimalist tradition... more
Eminem
A great rapper who has created two fantastic albums in his genre like "The Slim Shady LP" and especially "The Marshall Mathers LP". It’s a shame that he is belittled by many just because he sells a lot and because his videos air on MTV (as if that were the only reason…). more
Robert Sheckley
DeFinizionInteriore 1.16. Paradoxical, crazy, surprising, irreverent, fun, brilliant, and the more you have, the more you add. An unparalleled manipulator of worlds. more
Franco Califano
"Uuuuuh, suck on my chocolate salty balls.... Suck em now!"... It's his, right?! more
Emperor
I haven't listened to the genre in a long time, but when it comes to Emperor, there's no debate. more
Eminem
He brought a bit of irony to a genre that took itself too seriously, and videos on MTV with politically incorrect lyrics like his had never been heard before. Over time, it got worse; his last album is garbage, but he recorded a couple of significant albums in the '90s. more
Eminem
The early works, especially, are really interesting; the singles that were played in heavy rotation are the most inconsistent part of his production (except for a few exceptions). Over time, however, it has gotten worse. more
