Sitting on the edge of the bathtub
I watch little creatures
Waving their antennas
Among dead hair and pubic hair
They seem to take pleasure in it
Then their wandering in search of who knows what
Reminds me of something already seen
Something ridiculous and depressing
It’s at this point that I cut their existence short
With a jet of boiling water
Carried away by the current
They return to that same hole
From where they had bravely emerged
Challenging
The wrath
Of God
