Just go to the profiles of users who give 1 or 2 to De André to understand how fake/idiotic they are: 1 to Pink Floyd, 4 to Mussolini, 2 to Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin... true connoisseurs, in short. He is a great artist. more
90% of his musical production has the same artistic value as the mazurka and as such, I find it to be pure shit. But from shit, flowers are born, so 5 balls to the poet and 1 ball to his shit music. Beautiful shit. more

Good, yes, but always too measured, very conformist, never willing to take risks, to step outside the box (he only did that with cream live), never did anything crazy, anything wild. Style, class, touch, even technique ok, but the experimental fervor, the creative genius, and the expressive urgency of Hendrix were something he could only dream about at night. Even that script of Page in terms of compositional boldness and courage to explore new paths surpassed him. Ultimately: too bourgeois. more

A ball. A pathetic anti-American. A monotonous hummer - certainly not a singer. A fine poet. A chain smoker, a likely alcoholic. more

An interesting project, which could have been the prelude to a choice that no successful group would ever have the courage to make: settling for the profits obtained and indulging in experimentation. Unfortunately, it went as it went.. more
