@j&r: excuse me, but the theory of extremely high salaries has really pissed me off! And who doesn't have a high salary?! Not everyone earns from 60,000 dollars a year onwards. And anyway, aside from that, the very concept disgusts me somewhat... Americans are a people who have always placed money, professional self-realization, and the affirmation of the individual over the masses at the center of everything. Everything has a price for Americans. They can go to hell.
