They started off well with the first EP; it seemed like they wanted to do something important in the world of nu-metal, but instead they slowly and inexorably camouflaged a pop-rock/power-pop sound, passing it off as a new-metal. They gained a lot of credibility, in my opinion, since they began to truly embrace more pop/pop-rock genres. more
