But what have these guys ever done that was so great? Commercial songs with melodies on the edge of banality and poorly arranged (and don’t tell me it was the recording quality of the time)... it’s just that they were the first to do it and they’re praised for it! Today we have the Modà, yesterday we had the Beatles, I don't see that much of a difference!
I don't see any reason to tear our hair out for them; there are hundreds of other bands for which it’s truly worth going bald!
