Ivano Fossati -Poco prima dell'aurora
The most convincing among the albums of the "first Fossati," clearly superior to the previous and the next one, but still a bit immature. Average 3.5, which I round up to 4 out of affection. more
Jenny è pazza
... please... reading this crap early in the morning... more
Lacrime di pioggia
the only track on the album with decent lyrics. more
Che fantastica storia è la vita (long version)
Sappy, cloying, embarrassing. Two stars only for the wonderful final solo by Gato Barbieri. But the lyrics are something indecent. "My name is Antonio and I’m a singer-songwriter" (...) "My name is Laura and I have a degree" (was it too expensive to give her another name?) "They call me Jesus and I’m a fisherman" (!!!) "My name is Aisha like a song" (?) "I’m the fourth of three thousand people" (??????) more
Jenny è pazza
Here still knew how to write, the tub. more
Ivano Fossati -La pianta del tè
Unexpected masterpiece. A Ramos was magnificent. Just the two parts of the plant are enough for the 5 stars. more
Lucio Dalla -Dalla-Morandi
Here it was already on the decline, although still appreciable. If it hadn't been for Morandi (I can’t stand his voice and his way of singing), I would have easily given it a solid 4. more
Pierangelo Bertoli -Eppure soffia
Enough with "Sera di Gallipoli". more
Enzo Jannacci -Guarda la fotografia
5 stars just for having sung "La fotografia" at the Ariston. Immense. more
Lucio Dalla -Come è profondo il mare
Lucio Dalla starts here to write lyrics as well. From 1977 to 1980, he won't manage to record even a single bad or insignificant song. more
Lucio Dalla -Dalla
Another masterpiece alongside "Lucio Dalla". I continue to worship this album which contains 8 wonderful songs including "Futura", one of the most beautiful pieces in the history of Italian music, "La sera dei miracoli", "Balla balla ballerino" and the extraordinary and lesser-known "Mambo". And how beautiful the cover is. How beautiful the vinyl records are... more
Lucio Dalla -Il giorno aveva 5 teste
First album with the poet Roberto Roversi. Dalla, grappling with challenging lyrics, experiments with new sounds. It's almost a 5... more
Lucio Dalla -Terra di Gaibola
Another album without sales. I only need "Il fiume e la città" and "Non sono matto o la capra Elisabetta". Wonderful. more
Lucio Dalla -1999
Disc with nonexistent sales but give it a listen. Go ahead. more
Ivano Fossati -Time and silence canzoni a raccolta
Great collection enriched by the live version of "Panama." more
Antonello Venditti -Che fantastica storia è la vita
"My name is Laura and I have a degree" is enough. more
Antonello Venditti -Campus live
Live "trial" with a terrible choice of songs in the lineup. more
Antonello Venditti -Sotto la pioggia
Perhaps underestimated. "You tell me what it is," "Fellini," and "Turin" are really beautiful. more
Antonello Venditti -Buona domenica
I bought the record with confidence...I stopped at "Modena." more
