Until "Un giorno bellissimo" (2010), he displayed a certain belonging... a pop-rock, sometimes rock, sometimes "power," rich in nuances. Subsequently, he did everything to fill the Arena di Verona, he lowered himself, and got comfortable with people like Alessandra Amoroso; he changed his style (not genre, but style, which is very serious), completely renouncing his roots. A total disappointment. All this only served him to gather a few gold records (which today are worth nothing), some fans born in 2000, and some fashionable TV appearances. Basically, he has devoured his career. more

Same qualities of an institutionalized Vasco Rossi, in a decidedly pop key. Lots of beautiful songs. A guy who has never written a song by himself (at least 3 or 4 authors for each of his tracks doing the heavy lifting), he at most contributes a word and a note for the SIAE. Despite this, he defines himself a singer-songwriter since the very beginning. You won't believe it, but he's actually better as a guitarist; "technically," he sounds good at first glance; yes, at first glance he’s more technically skilled than many famous guitarists. Someone who sings well, elevated, acclaimed by critics and later by that people who have always confused Battiato with Branduardi (both excellent), at maximum power. Essentially, she is considered more illustrious than the very illustrious singer-songwriters who give her songs... someone who sings (very well, okay, okay) and nothing more, who in Italy is almost aligned with people like Gaber, Guccini, Paoli. In other words (fiction): she belongs to that genre, she is highly cultured. Mind-boggling. more
