The story of the "super voice" has grown tiring (Giuno Russo?, Antonella Ruggiero?)... Giorgia: a couple of good songs, but it's not enough. As the good Vasco (whom I don't admire) used to say, speaking in general: a singer can have the gift of voice, can have a great band, etc., but none of that means anything when... in reality, they lack songs.

Giorgia

Giorgia is an Italian singer-songwriter from Rome known for a powerful, soulful voice that bridges pop, soul and R&B. She rose to national prominence in the 1990s, won the Sanremo Music Festival in 1995 with Come saprei, and has since released acclaimed singles and albums including E poi, Di sole e d’azzurro, Ladra di vento and an MTV Unplugged set.
