Aside from a couple of pleasant fillers, a really good album. It falters in conveying both a pop homogeneity and an eclecticism that gives space to electronics and grunge at certain points. Excellent tracks include Fiori d'arancio and Masino, while L'eccezione, Matilde odiava i gatti, and Moderato in re minore are always great. The rest swings between good tracks and decent ones. more

To be considered the worst director ever is, for me, blasphemy. He is a director who, in his best films, has demonstrated extraordinary visual talent and an ability to "construct" scenes that is exceptional. He also has some identifiable flaws such as linearity in screenplays (but then again, he is a director of horror and thrillers) and the management of actors (the performances often leave much to be desired). It is true that since the mid-eighties he hasn’t hit the mark with a film at his level, although "Non ho sonno" isn’t bad. He certainly has his place in the history of cinema. more

I listened to several albums from the early period, my favorites being "Calabuig, stranamore e altri incidenti" and "Robinson, come salvarsi la vita." I can't find it among the masterpieces; it's a mix of high poetry and fillers. I will try to delve into it even more.
