Pino Daniele
I don't get it... He's someone who knows what he's doing, so why did he start making catchy tunes? Wait a minute, maybe I get it... Money? more
Marisa Monte -Mais
I produced this. I played on this album. I even SUNG on this album. And among others, I invited to play some old acquaintances named John Zorn, Marc Ribot, Nanà Vasconcelos, Ryuichi Sakamoto... more
The Stooges -Funhouse
My favorite among the Stooges. 1970 is one of my all-time favorite tracks. more
Andy Warhol
the double of Bernie Ecclestone. more
David Bowie
He has proven to be a genius. I adore him. more
Graham Coxon -Crow Sit On Blood Tree
One of the albums by the glasses-wearing artist that I'm most attached to comes out after the hyper-distorted "the golden d" and the (mostly) acoustic "the sky is too hygh." In terms of sound and music, it’s a sort of halfway point between the two previous ones, showcasing a rather schizophrenic and drunken spirit. more
Dodo
Now he plays for Roma, if I'm not mistaken. more
Dodo
The toxic piece of shit from the Blue Tree, an integral part of my traumatized childhood. more
Dodo
A bird that has always inspired me affection, despite the not-so-affectionate end. Good (re)interpretation in Three Sides Lives. more
Nick Drake
What if John Keats were a singer-songwriter? more
Andy Warhol
He stated and embodied what others before him had already sensed: any shit can be art.. Those who revere him as the greatest artist of the 20th century are completely unaware of what the avant-gardes are and what they produced.. It's no coincidence that he is among the gurus of hipsters and faux intellectuals with tiny vests and bow ties.. But please.. more
Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band
After several years, I have to say that yes, his masterpiece is truly "The Trout." A hymn to expressive freedom... really entertaining. It might be a bit too long, but songs like "Frawnland," "Ella Guru," "Dachau Blues," "Moonlight in Vermont," "China Pig," etcetera, etcetera, etcetera are now (to my ears, of course) CLASSICS. Then again, all the other albums are fantastic, so hats off to the great captain! more
Chelsea Wolfe
I fell hopelessly in love with it. Its "Apokalypsis" is one of the works I've listened to the most in the last two years. It literally enchanted me. more
Canned Heat -Hallelujah
Released in 1970, perhaps this album represents the pinnacle of fame for the Los Angeles band with "Hooker 'n Heat." Boogie, blues, and the unmistakable voice of "The Bear," the 120 kg singer-harmonica player with a nightingale-like tone. more
Werner Herzog
Life is an illusion behind which the reality of the dream hides... more
