Totò
The greatest of all. more
Alberto Sordi
A giant, a son of a bitch. He represented the average Italian more in the bad than the good and not only that. A complete actor, he had an extra gear, no, two...three...all frickin' out of this world! more
David Lynch
The greatest living filmmaker. more
lazy Smoke -corridor of face
great unknown band always in the folk psi beat sphere more
pesniary -I dreamt of you in spring
Belarusian combo that takes the folk from their lands and melts it into clumsy psychedelic hues, but the result is exceptional! more
Eclection -Eclection
beautiful folk record with psychedelic beat shades. more
Fabrizio De André -Tutti Morimmo A Stento
I'm not completely convinced by everything on this album, including the interludes and the Girotondo, but for the devil, I'm sure it's De André's first masterpiece. To come out in Italy in 1968 (!) with an album so steeped in death and darkness, to release "Il cantico dei drogati," "La ballata degli impiccati," and the final recitative and choral piece in '68... I can't give it less than a 5. This album fully demonstrates the historical importance and revolutionary impact he had on Italian music. more
Ernst Jünger -Nelle tempeste d'acciaio
A book on the First World War described by a naturalist in an almost scientifically detached manner. Exciting and raw in its realism. The best book on the Great War. more
ibio -cuevas de altamira
an honest late Spanish progressive group, or rather from Cantabria, where they blend local folk sounds with a classic progressive style already heard; the result is pleasant and balanced. more
Carl Sagan -Voyager Golden Record
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the gold vinyl that has crossed the boundaries of the solar system; it contains sounds and verses typical of our planet. In the rock genre, only Berry's Johnny B. Goode is included, for forms of alien life. more
Spirit -Twelve Dreams of Dr. Sardonicus
truly their masterpiece, ante-litteram contaminations of pop and progressive on a slightly psychedelic carpet. one of the hundred records for eternity more
the Chantays -Pipeline
This album, in addition to the famous Pipeline, contains pearls of undeniable beauty, an atypical surf band making use of keyboards with an ethereal and dreamy effect. One of the most beautiful surf records. more
The Tannahill Weavers -Tannahill Weavers IV
a deluge of sounds and emotions of Celtic rock armed with bagpipes and tin whistles, this album is a masterpiece among reinterpretations of intense jigs and slow ballads. unmissable more
runrig -recovery
i runrig are a Scottish rock band that fights for the rights of Gaelic minorities. They blend Scottish folk with an enjoyable almost-hard-rock sound. This is their most enjoyable work, very much in the '80s style. more
Yes -Close To The Edge
The masterpiece by Yes achieves perfection, distancing itself from the prog drift for a robust and progressive art rock. After this album, they will get lost in self-referential meanders until the end. more
Michael Jackson
as you wanted to prove... the UNO are piling up... MJ? I repeat the comment of another: IMMENSE. more
Kenny G
Ibrahimovic more
Al Di Meola
His Spanish touch, blended with jazz and fusion. more
Jamiroquai
A band that churns out songs with irresistible grooves and beautiful sounds, featuring a charismatic leader with a lovely and agile voice (despite it having lowered over the years) and talented musicians. Among my favorites in the Pop/Funk/Acid Jazz genre, although I acknowledge that their musical offerings haven't always been of high quality (I particularly love the first three albums; the rest of their work is a bit hit or miss). more
Chris Columbus
Mom, I Lost the Plane, Mom, I Lost the Plane Again, Mrs. Doubtfire, Bicentennial Man, the first two chapters of Harry Potter... What can I say, a pillar of my childhood! The 5 is a must. more
