Death Grips is an American experimental hip-hop group formed in Sacramento in 2010, consisting of Stefan Burnett (MC Ride), Zach Hill and Andy Morin (Flatlander).

Known for abrasive blends of rap, electronics and noise, for cryptic online behavior and for releasing material freely (notably disputes with labels such as Epic). The Powers That B notably incorporated Björk samples on Niggas On The Moon (credited in contemporary coverage).

DeBaser reviews present Death Grips as a confrontational, experimental hip-hop trio blending noise, electronics, punk and rap. Reviews range from enthusiastic praise of compositional bravery to hostile dismissal of their style. Several key albums (The Money Store, No Love Deep Web, The Powers That B, Bottomless Pit) are discussed in depth.

For:Fans of experimental hip-hop, noise, industrial, punk and adventurous electronic music

This music is now a hyper-protein shake of rap, electronics, guitars, and noise music.
